Where are our products shipped from?
All of our products are housed and shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA, USA.

$5.99 flat rate Shipping.  Free Shipping is valid for online purchases of $100 or more in the same domestic order. We currently only ship to addresses anywhere in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

3-7 Business Day Shipping and Handling:

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification of item availability have been obtained. Domestic orders typically arrive in seven (7) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.


Signature Required

When is order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.



We currently ship international orders to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Australia and New Zealand.

Standard International
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 7-17 business days. Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. ET will be processed the following business day. Cost is based on weight and destination. An email informing customer of shipping cost will be sent within 24-48 hours of order being placed.  Once the customer accepts shipping charges via email, the order will be officially charged and processing of the order will begin. 


Customs and Duties
ShopFLM does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that ShopFLM does not pay these fees.


Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 14 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.  We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a ShopFLM E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase on shopFLM.com. E-Gift Cards never expire!


Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience.  You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all ShopFLM and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

 Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our distribution center as noted in the instructions below.  We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, ShopFLM will not issue return credit.    

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. ShopFLM  does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.


Lost Packages

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. 


Non-ShopFLM items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.


Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

ShopFLM reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, ShopFLM reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
